Today's underwater vehicles with screw propellers have poor agility and poor payload capacity which makes both scuba diving and underwater data acquisition and research difficult. NOA ODYSSEY allows divers to stay underwater for longer durations and carry more equipment. No company in the world offers watercrafts equipped with a wave drive such as NOA that uses less energy but has a super high static thrust resulting in a huge payload capacity, low noise, has access to protected environments and does not get entangled in plants or other aquatic debris. NOA Sentinel

Description
Underwater bionic drone technologies for cost-effective sea research

NOA Sentinel is a name for our program dedicated for development of our breakthrough underwater data acquisition system utilizing NOA drone technologies. Today's underwater vehicles with screw propellers have poor agility and poor payload capacity which makes both scuba diving and underwater data acquisition and research difficult. Underwater installations require cyclic inspections. Today’s ocean data acquisition technologies are expensive, require usage of crewed surface “mother ships” that can generate even up to 40% of the total mission cost. Expensive tools meant to build knowledge will never be efficient. There is no progress without major upgrade of data collection techniques. Planned radical lowering of the costs of underwater inspection and underwater installation monitoring missions is possible. NOA Sentinel AUV technology will be offered for “data collection as a service” mainly in B2B sector to customers from the oil&gas and sea mining & exploration industries as well as telecoms and hydrographic services providers means cost-effective sea research without the need of expensive crewed ships in the proximity. Quoting the BONUS BLUE BALTIC EU program committee: “Science for a better future of a Baltic Sea Region”. BONUS, the joint Baltic Sea research and development program for years 2010-2017, was started by the BONUS member states together with the EU and officially launched in September 2010 by a co-decision of the European Parliament and the European Council. In support of sustainable development and ecosystem based management of the Baltic Sea region, the HELCOM Baltic Sea Action Plan and the EU Marine Strategy Framework Directive and other European, regional and national coastal and marine environmental policies and plans, BONUS: • issues calls on ecosystem research and innovation for scientific community and SMEs • funds projects of high excellence and relevance 1) to produce knowledge, scientific evidence and innovation solutions needed by policymakers and 2) to engage end-users and the society in the knowledge based governance of the fragile Baltic Sea. STRATEGY: Robotics as a Service (RAAS) model with joint venture structure or licensing with a partner/subcontractor.

NOA Cruiser

Description
Spacious Pedal boat that will not make you tired

NOA Cruiser is designated for leisure crafts market. It uses single encased cephalopod NOA DRIVE which generates more thrust power that any other pedal boat propulsion mechanism. That means that from now on users will be able to propel much larger hull without getting tired. Pedal boats of 21’st century finally will have a comfortable spacious deck which will make all-day trips possible! Optional equipment of powertrain integrated electric motor along with solar panels mounted of the expandable roof will make this one a fully functional electric vehicle with it’s own power generation and a small fridge which will come as a option too. NOA Cruiser is designated for the leisure crafts market as a whole day cruiser mainly for B2B. Its target market is water areas where boat traffic is normally prohibited. Boats floating around the islands and peninsulas of South-East Asia and around Australia, the NOA Cruiser will replace all leaking and smog causing diesel engines as well as blade propellers that harm fish and water plants. STRATEGY: drive system and power train licensed to external boat builders and distributors / exclusive territorial active license model is planned.
