A lubricant as a substitute to the mineral oils currently used in the metal forming industry

Identification
The metal forming/working industries are totally dependent on the mineral oils, obtained from crude oil by distillation processes, to ensure the success of the forming operations. AFULudine is offering today a new way to design these metal forming operations. Indeed, acting as a surface treatment by using non-toxic molecules having excellent tribological properties, it is now possible for the user to re-design production processes to converge towards a simpler (e.g. suppression of the degreasing step, simplification of the water management, etc..), safer and efficient process, with higher productivity and zero risks for the environment. This solution provides a non-toxic, lower environmental-impact solution for industry.
