AquaREAL enables to detect water pollutants in real-time and predict emergence of pollutant with a vision 48 hours in advance. AquaREAL is a solution that integrates into the concepts of blue economy and also into a more sustainable ocean and water management. Today, to monitor a beach water quality, samples are made once every week and result can be available only 48h later. It is too late ! When a problem has occurred, people get to know it when it is sometimes already back to normal. This predictive solution can immediately signal a risk of contamination. Direct or preventive measures can be taken accordingly. It is capable of analysing up to 15 parameters in different kind of environment (salt water or fresh water) and to transmit data in realtime with LoRaWan or Iridium technology. It will also learn from the data, with AI algorithms, and make prediction about how the water quality will evolve in the next hours for a better anticipation.
