Identification
A residential demand response solution which is hardware-agnostic, based on a profit sharing business model, allowing our customers to participate to the grid balancing while valorizing their residential flexible equipments. Our service "Mon Chauffage Electrique Connecté" proposes to our customers to participate to electric grid stability by valorizing their heating system with smart thermostats on the electricity markets, via our demand response platform. Customers connect their thermostats to our platform and, when periods of tension are declared by the TSO, TotalEnergies reduces heating consumption. For the availability of their heating system, customers earn in average 30€/year. Our service promotes digitalization of the electric consumption and helps the grid to be more flexible.
