Identification
Energiency Software is a cloud-based energy performance analytics software that transforms raw data into new sources of energy savings for large manufacturing companies.
Data stemming from any connected meter in a shop floor is pushed through secured APIs (Application Programming Interface) that allow fast and real time transfer to the Energiency Software cloud architecture. The machine learning algorithms then learn from data streams and push analytics through the online platform. Whatever the variable of influence, the technology detects and pushes for the best model to ensure relevant insights for the final user. The Energiency Software is today rolled out in very complex facilities equipped with thousands of meters, and allows manufacturers to visualize the baseline of minimum energy consumption and calculate in real time the waste of energy when drifting from this baseline. Its algorithms can also predict the exact amount of energy that will be spent in the next minute, hour or day. Thus, manufacturers do not have to wait for an entire month to receive their detailed bill, and can better anticipate future drifts. Additionally, the algorithms suggest and recommend in real time to the operator, the best action to implement on the machine.
