ExxFire - green industrial fire suppression
An industrial fire suppression system using pure nitrogen gas to protect critical assets

Identification
ExxFire is a disruptive industrial fire suppression company, using patented pressureless nitrogen gas storage technology called Cool N2 Gas Generators (CGG). These replace high-pressure gas tanks with a safer, greener, easier to handle, and maintenance-free alternative. The nitrogen gas released from CGGs potentially offsets 7-10 megatons of CO2 equivalent p.a. from current solutions, whose cylinders filled with environmentally impacting chemical or CO2 gas. The CGGs technology, available for business-critical cabinet protection with integrated smoke or heat detection, is sold/installed worldwide. The CGGs technology is being scaled to larger volumes to enter the largest part of the €4.6bn global market, providing a safe, green and more economical alternative. A segment is preventing the start of thermal runaways of lithium-ion battery energy storage systems (BESS) that otherwise end in fire and possibly in explosions and a 2nd segment is the ever-growing data center segment.

- •ExxFire's 1500 and 2250 systems, with 2 and 3 generators respectively, release 1500 litres and 2250 litres of pure nitrogen, capable of protecting 3m3 & 4.5m3. Up to 8 systems can be connected for 36m3

- •For larger Room Protection spaces total cost of ownership are over 10 years usage will be 24% lower
- •For li-ion battery energy storage systems (BESS), total cost of ownership is 18% to 23% less over 10 to 20 years usage, saving €2,787 or €7,287 respectively
