This patented toilet-and-refill system offers the marvel of a flush toilet without the water, hygienically and odourlessly capturing waste for value-generating treatment. Loowatt systems facilitate the safe capture, containment and transport of waste to treatment centres. This versatile plug-and-play processing equipment offers utilities a source of feedstock for diverse waste-to-value systems including anaerobic digestion (waste-to-energy) and nutrient recovery. Loowatt services in the UK and Madagascar have provided a great toilet experience to over 250,000 customers and processed more than 300 tons of waste in utility-run facilities that generate energy and fertiliser.
