Identification
Plasma Vortex technology "arc lightning in wastewater" has been designed to treat process water and wastewater. Its applications range from groundwater remediation, cruise ships, agricultural irrigation, industrial & manufacturing effluent to individual housing applications.
The Plasma Vortex is a state-of-the-art plasma disinfection and oxidation system that provides robust and cost-effective wastewater decontamination. This non-chemical "directed energy" system oxidizes grey and black water, destroys organic compounds, disinfects and significantly reduces the treatment costs of other industrial effluents. Thanks to its modular and highly scalable technology, Plasma Vortex reduces existing chemical treatments, offering an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to incineration. Plasma is an ionized gas ("arc lightning") and non-chemical (physics-based) treatment approach. This solution reduces the energy and cost of industrial wastewater treatment. Ultimately, Vortex Plasma allows the treatment of the most contaminated streams - including aqueous effluent and sludge streams. In addition, Plasma Vortex offers significant energy, water and environmental savings compared to the existing AOP process.
