Telaqua offers an innovative solution allowing farmers to monitor, control and optimise their water consumption. The connected sensor, MANO, is a plug-and-play product that installs quickly and easily and can be used directly. The web/mobile application IrrigEasy, coupled with MANO, allows farmers to control their irrigation remotely (opening/closing of valves), control the entire irrigation system, be alerted in case of problems and set up irrigation schedules on request.

The Environmental Benefits

  • Only 1% of the world's fresh water is accessible and 70% of it is used by agriculture while only 20% of agricultural land is irrigated
  • Almost 50% of the water used for irrigation is lost due to valve leaks, deficient monitoring and irrigation schedules
  • Telaqua allows customers to save on average 12% of their water consumption related to irrigation

The Financial Benefits

  • ROI is reached on average before 2 years
  • Customers save on average 48€ in electricity consumption
