Simply plant the ollas near your plants and fill them with water before letting the magic happen. These porous clay water tanks have the capacity to self-regulate the plants in water up to 10 days of autonomy by slowly and naturally spreading the water around it. A thousand-year-old system still considered one of the most efficient in the world and the most sustainable.
