Carbo Culture is increasing natural carbon sequestration into soil by 50x with our biocarbons. We’re utilising our novel proprietary technology - a modular carbonisation reactor enabling us to rapidly convert biomass waste into a high purity functional carbon on-site.
The resulting biocarbons remain stable for decades, keeping CO2 out of the atmosphere. We put these biocarbons to use in environmental remediation, advanced materials - and especially - for healing the soil.
We have successfully shifted from scientific research to a pre-commercial startup in testing phase with customers on multiple fronts. We successfully scaled up production capacity by 8x in 2019.

Converting carbon to a solid stable form prevents it from escaping back into the atmosphere for hundreds of years. The resulting biocarbons can be stored to soil or put to work in many other applications. Our biocarbons are highly useful in various applications, including organic fertilisers, water and gas purification, and advanced materials. Our biocarbons have been accepted into carbon removal marketplaces.
