ChanvrEco

ChanvrEco Process enables the production of hemp granulates specially designed for insulation applications , but all the other constituents of the plant are valued: fiber in sustainable composites, chenevotte for the ecological cover of the soil and the seed in the soil in organic food.

ChanvrEco was born in 2007 from an alarming report: the products commonly used for building insulation have major disadvantages, in technical, health and environmental terms. Hemp and its by-products can answer these problems. This is the only raw material used by ChanvrEco and the entire sector belongs to Wallonia: Culture, harvesting, research, industrial processing, marketing and use.
