Clean Carbon Conversion UHTH energy recovery plants convert waste materials into clean syngas fuel, leaving no toxic residues nor any pollution to the environment. It’s a Swiss, unique , patented and certified solution: UHTH Ultra High Temperature Hydrolysis. UHTH Plants are waste to energy solutions which are more efficient, economic, flexible and integrable than any other energy recovery approach in use today. It converts all organic waste into energy. In a few words: no fire, no combustion, no toxic residues, no smoke, no emission, no noise, no vibration, nullifies toxicity, highest energy recovery, efficient and ecologic. When most of the existing technology are big and require a centralized approach, our local and distributed solution is modular, offer more options (electricity, heat, H2, etc.) and generate higher revenue streams while being eco-friendly and compliant to environment specifications. The vast and versatile application possibilities embrace virtually all organic feedstock, included toxic and hazardous materials. Only organic materials gasify, inorganics will pass through the system to be precipitated as inert sterile solids (< 5%). CCC innovation promotes local and circular economy applications. Our technology has been developed the last 20 years through various PoC. A first plant has been built in Switzerland in 2016, close to Zurich with a capacity of 5T per day. The solution was used during 5’000 hours the last 3 years with hundreds of different waste types. In 2018, we built a new machine with a capacity of 25T per day. We are ready to ship it and install it in an industrial location. We are now commercialising our innovation.
