Description
small-scale WTE solution, anchored by proprietary small-scale combustor, to create 100% powered, waste-free small cities
Our Small/Starter Material Recovery Facility (“SMRF”) is a decentralized small-scale waste management facility that small cities (and their rural areas) will use to collect, compost, recycle and dispose of waste within a specific self-contained area. Our SMRF can process about 25,000 tons of waste per year, to service a community/area of between 30,000 and 60,000 people, depending on their waste per capita. By working with a mini-grid operator, we can create the proper reward incentive structure to get local residents to participate and make their small city or village areas a great place to live in the future and dramatically improve their living conditions –and with power! We advocate a partnership approach with local municipalities and local communities – embracing a cross-silo benefits approach to solving not only their waste problems and their energy access problems, but also finding ways to improve their healthcare and household living conditions -- with proper individual, household and community rewards. The result is a new approach to managing and sustaining growth for small cities that heretofore would have been choked in waste that would be everywhere. A 100% powered, waste-free city will become the norm because there now is a solution, our SMRF, that can take one small area at a time and change the local environment for good! It's possible --one small city at a time!
