Plastic 2 Build:
The process is sustainable and environmentally friendly, first of its kind, and will be submitted for IP.
Business model:
a. Creating jobs and wealth by getting people to bring in their plastic and getting paid for it b. Reducing plastic pollution as plastic is a resource with a value that can be traded thereby avoiding litter and diverting from landfills,
c. Building materials derived from the process can be used to build low-cost housing as cheaper compared to cement equivalent.
Proof of concept achieved through R&D and we have built a demo house using the blocks, pillars, and slabs from plastic waste.
Aim to scale from R&D 200kg per hr blend to 20 tons per hour blend.
