Our mission and main targets are research and development of highly energy-efficient buildings, such as passive houses, zero-energy houses, and energy self-sufficient and Plus Energy buildings.

The building physics office Schöberl & Pöll GmbH is a company located in Vienna with 12 employees. It was founded in 1997 and sees its main role in the planning and development of energy-efficient construction and technology. The office has completed more than 2,500 residential units and more than 100,000 m² of non-residential buildings and provided building developers with great planning and consulting expertise for highly energy efficient buildings. In this way, Schöberl & Pöll GmbH significantly contributes to the efficient use of resources and stabilization of the world climate situation.
