The ultrasonic biorefinery process, developed and patented by Sonichem, operates at low temperature and pressure with reduced cycle time and recyclable solvents.
Through the production of valuable natural lignin as well as the cellulose and hemicellulose fractions, the full biomass is utilized with high conversion efficiencies.
The result is a process faster, cleaner, safer and cheaper than state-of-the-art, producing bio-chemicals that meet the standards required by the food, pharmaceutical and other precision industries.
