We connect courrier logisticians with our expansive community of non-professional deliverers, providing our partners with unprecedented flexibility for their last-mile, urban deliveries. Rather than operating their own B2C delivery tours, our business partners drop off their packages in one of the Urban Relay Points of our network, in the mornings. Every package is scanned, which sends a text message to the end-client, inviting them to chose a 1-hour delivery timeslot. In the evening, our community of deliverers on bicycle operate 20-parcel tours and deliver the packages in the selected timeslot.
