Today, there is 63% more performance when a company is founded or co-founded by a women. However, the lack of diversity in the startup ecosystem remains with only 10% of female founders in France and less than 17% internationally.
WILLA (formerly known as Paris Pionnieres) is the #1 gender diversity startup accelerator in the innovation sector. We are a non-profit organization founded on March 5th, 2005.
After 13 years of action alongside women founders of startups, we have helped make Paris the European capital of startups with 21% of companies created by women. More than 400 startups and 200 women entrepreneurs have participated in our 3 main acceleration programs:
· Willa Possible, a 3-day bootcamp to help entrepreneurs discover their potential
· Willa Start, a 4 to 6-month program to help startups go from the idea to the validation of their concept
· Willa Scale, a 12-month program to support the deployment and growth of startups
We are convinced that diversity is becoming the new force of innovation and a powerful reservoir of growth and value.
Our ambition is to deploy our actions throughout France and abroad to support and reveal the future women leaders in innovation.
