The Solution provides a product, which is a LifeBox unit that works on solar energy and has multiple functions to produce electricity or desalinate water (or both) to operate different applications in the agricultural sector, such as operating solar-powered irrigation pumps, desalination (and purification) of well water, and providing electricity for lighting in rest areas. This means that the same unit and the same solar panels can be used to operate irrigation pumps and desalinate or purify well water in case of the need for drinking water for livestock or poultry or general or drinking use.
The Environmental Benefits
- •The strong and durable chassis of LifeBox can withstand 5 times its weight and wind speeds up to 130 km/h
- •The LifeBox unit is 10% more productive than conventional solar systems. It also has the potential to increase productivity by 10% annually
- •Remote monitoring and control, fault prediction, scheduling, and periodic maintenance alerts with a productivity of 25% higher with the possibility of remote start and stop
- •+990 Tons CO2 Emission Mitigated since the beginning of operation in 2022, replacing diesel generators of an emission factor of 0.865 tCO2/MWh for an overall +1.3 GWh of electricity production
- •For a +600 KWp PV installed, since 2022, +1.3 GWh Clean Energy Produced, and 3,160,000.00 Liters of water desalinated
- •For a +600 KWp PV installed, since 2022, +1.3 GWh Clean Energy Produced, +3000 m2 of Land Saved (compared to traditional/ alternative PV systems)
