Seasam suite has been designed to provide the actors of shipping, aquaculture and offshore renewable energies with a turn-key solution for their underwater assets inspections. Its mission is to make underwater data easy. Composed of the Seasam Drone and the Seasam Navigator, the hardware system tailored for easy and reliable data collection goes along the Notilo Cloud platform which enables the complete analysis of the data collected. Notilo Plus target consists of an autonomous inspection solution for all underwater assets of the stakeholders of the three sectors mentioned above. This way, it is intended to extract real value out of mandatory operations, promote predictive maintenance to optimize performance, and therefore lower the environmental impact of these activities.

The Environmental Benefits

  • Report edition in 30 min instead of hours by an expert
  • For shipping, 2000 tons of CO2 can be saved per ship (for a 10,000TEU class container ship) per year thanks to hull monitoring
  • More than 50% of non-indigenous species can be transported on a hull and contaminate other ecosystems

The Financial Benefits

  • At least 50% less costly than a traditional inspection
  • €400,000 are lost per ship (for 10,000 TEU class ship) per year due to extra fuel consumption because of fouling
