Waters worldwide are contaminated with a highly diverse mixture of pollutants, among them micropollutants and microplastic. These are an enormous threat to the well-being of our planet and humankind and a big challenge for science, politics, and the water industry. Wasser 3.0 PE-X® is a Green Chemistry based, modularly adaptable process for removing microplastics and/or micropollutants from waters. Wasser 3.0 PE-X® material-technology combination does not require a filter and can be used anywhere, in any waters (wastewater, process water, seawater, freshwater). The implementation takes place in a space-saving container solution or integrated into existing processes. The process technology is therefore easily adaptable and exportable.
