Nowadays a certain number of challenges in the energy sector and residential construction can be observed including high energy bills due to energy overconsumption in buildings or high operating costs for housing associations due to the lack of vision over the current state and energy consumption of their building stock. In addition, energy-saving and home automation solutions are costly and complex to use and install for building owners. The Eco-Touch solution has been developed to resolve these problems on 2 scales: the scale of an individual dwelling and that of a building stock. The solutions (Eco-Touch, EcoBOS, Eco-Collect) are easy-to-use solutions to automate energy savings in homes and ensure energy monitoring in buildings. Focused on the essentials, they are designed to meet the challenges of energy efficiency in the most efficient way and are suitable for all user profiles (both individuals and companies). With an integrated learning machine technology, the solutions are free of programming constraints and help avoid energy wastes due to tenants' oversights.
