About

OGGA has developed complementary solutions that start from housing and end up at neighborhood level. Specialized in energy management for housing, OGGA has developed solutions compatible with rental housing so that social landlords accept solutions without hesitation. The solutions make it possible to reduce energy consumption between 15 and 30% per dwelling. In addition, alerts are sent to occupants when their consumption becomes higher than expected. To meet more global objectives, OGGA has developed data collection solutions in apartment buildings, in order to automatically supervise the proper functioning of energy-intensive installations such as the production of hot water or heating. In this way, as soon as a building exhibits abnormal consumption, the lessor is notified in real time as well as the operator of the building. Smart Grid ready: The collection of all the data makes it possible to predict the consumption of a building complex, prediction based on the habits of the inhabitants and the building. With this information, it is easy to avoid a peak in consumption and optimize the use of renewable energies.
