The platform uses artificial intelligence and advanced energy retrofit simulation & algorithms to manage the entire energy retrofit cycle: origination, building energy performance assessment, project development, remote audits, project financing and insurance, implementation and monitoring. The Helios technology typically reduces project transaction costs and execution timeline by a factor of 3 and thus is particularly well suited for small and medium commercial buildings. The HELIOS-EEX platform also provides a SaaS based suite of building energy analytics, remote audits and other retrofit simulation tools designed for project developers and energy service professionals (ESPs).
