myUpcyclea is the first Circular Resource Management AI-powered Software that improves buildings carbon footprint. It's a collaborative solution that allows you to deliver low-carbon, healthy and 0-waste buildings, while maximizing reuse. During the deconstruction phase, your partners enter the diagnosis and automatically obtain: a) The traceability of materials from your construction sites; b) The volume of waste avoided; c) The volume of CO2 avoided; d)The financial balance sheet. In the (re)construction phase, you deliver a "digital bank" of materials and its "Circular Signature", including: Circularity rate: % of reused products, bio-sourced, recycled, recyclable, etc; CO2 footprint of the building at product level; Degree of non-toxicity of the building and Residual financial value.
