Waste-free method for converting plastic waste into first-grade raw materials

Identification
Plastic is everywhere, from food packaging to the toys of our children, from heat-saving domestic insulation to life-saving medical innovations and clothes. Nowadays, 67.5% of produced PET plastic isn't recycled at all, it will remain in the environment for around 700 years. Furthermore, lack of recycling can also affect the economy. In fact, failure to recycle costs the European economy €105 billion each year.
ZEROPET technology can eliminate PET plastic waste forever with economical benefit for the clients. This patented chemo-selective process is able to recycle all contaminated PET waste without any sorting and washing. The ZEROPET process makes it possible to convert up to 80% of PET plastic waste to PTA (purified terephthalic acid) and more than 98% in total to valuable chemicals/materials to be used for PET production or to re-sale in the market as first-grade chemicals.
