Identification
ZS2 Technologies researches, develops and manufactures proprietary, pre-fabricated, component building materials and solutions used to construct the exterior envelopes of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
ZS2 Techpanel is made out of advanced materials that are safe, sustainable, resilient and energy-efficient. ZS2 Techpanels are pre-fabricated in an advanced manufacturing facility, flat packed and then shipped to sites where they are easily assembled together to construct the building envelope. The result is a structure that has a minimum one-hour fire rating, is highly resistant to mould/mildew/bacteria/humidity/rodents, and is extremely energy efficient regardless of climate. This solution is profitable, greatly reduces the time to construct and the amount of construction waste, increases the energy efficiency compared to other construction practices and is resilient for decades.

The environmental benefits
- • By weight, ZS2 Techboard is comprised of approximately 40% crystalline water which functions as a cement binder resulting in a highly fire resistant building product
- •ZS2 Techpanels, like most other structurally insulated panels, when used as the exterior constructed wall will outperform a conventionally built stick framed building by a factor of 10 with respect to energy efficiency
- •Highly resistant to mold, mildew, bacteria, pests, rodents and the effects of high humidity
- •ZS2 Techpanels have a greater than 70% reduction in carbon footprint versus tilt up portland concrete walls
- • The use of ZS2 Techpanels, similar to any type of Structurally Insulated Panel (SIP), results in a 60% reduction of construction waste thereby reducing the amount of waste that ends up in the landfills.
