Construction information (digital twin) containing asset, product and material data can be stored, enriched and managed. Madaster processes IFC/BIM files and enriches them with data from public and non-public sources. The platform provides a trusted data source for an ecosystem of marketplaces, designers, financers, valuators and regulators. These third-party services are accessible on request of the users. Data security, privacy and availability is supervised by an independent entity. Through its data, Madaster stimulates reuse of materials and decrease of CO2 emissions. Madaster's impact could result in the yearly demolition of 1,38 million buildings and the construction of 1,56 million new ones (EU only) and a global CO2 emission reduction estimated to 38% or 2.0Bln tonnes CO2 by 2050.
