A bike scheme for employers offering services like car fleet management and change management tools

Identification
V’lease is a turnkey solution for employers willing to move to green professional mobility with ebikes. It provides individual mobility to all employees at the cost of public transport subscription. With 7 years of experience and research in change behavior tools, 2R Aventure offers with V'Lease a unique solution for switching professional mobility. From customised mobility study and configurations to special advice (legal & financial), including animation, change behavior schemes and maintenance, V'lease accompanies its customers and ambassadors with more than just a digital platform. Our objective is to increase the bike mobility share in professional mobility. Switching from service and company cars to e-bikes leads to many gains but can be tricky or difficult for HR. We set up a planning scheme and assistance all along.

V'LEASE by 2R AVENTURE
Implemented by Ingerop in Lesquin (France) in 2021
INGEROP, an independent French engineering and consulting company, was willing to collaborate with 2R Aventure to raise awareness about green mobility in their premises of Lesquin in the suburbs of Lille. 3 bikes in free use have been proposed at their office since January 2021. Those bikes can be used to reach the closest metro location, to go to a meeting or to test a daily commute (from home to office). After 18 months, the three bikes were used for a total distance of 4785 km. 117

By using those bikes instead of cars, co2 emissions were reduced by 827 kg
V'LEASE by 2R AVENTURE
Implemented by GAPAS in Lille (France) in 2020
With the [IMP]²ulce project, 2R Aventure tested the nudges approach with several employers. Especially, the approach developed with V’lease has been tested for 4 sites from GAPAS, a non-profit association that offers various forms of support for people with disabilities through the management of 40 establishments and services.
Result
After the experiment, the modal share of bicycle was multiplied by 2,5.
